One of the first questions a business owner will ask me is “Will using a paperless forms, tasks, and checklist application really save me any money?” Return on Investment, especially for the small business owner, is almost always the number one concern.
So, don’t take my word for it! We went to our top customers and worked with them to evaluate just how much they are saving by going digital.
Across this study, we polled each customer asking about the number of hourly employees they had, how much time is saved by documenting everything digitally, and how that translates to actual savings and productivity. Here is what we found!
Each user saves a minimum of 15 minutes per employee per day by filling out the digital form, or completing the digital checklist/task. If a company has 10 hourly employees that are making $12/hour, that is a savings of $660/month in administrative time. Several of our customers were able to reduce an entire administrative headcount (think $20,000 – $35,000/year) by reducing the need for someone to do data entry from the paper forms and checklists.
